Hey everyone! In this video I decide to go against the grain of the typical bodybuilding high protein diet. Instead, I opted for a 500 calorie juice cleanse for 48 hours! All juices were cold pressed fresh by Revitasize, in Toronto.

A juice cleanse is supposed to help hydrate your body, greatly reduce inflammation and give your digestive system a break!

The before & after results were pretty crazy for it only being 48 hours! I didn’t expect that drastic of weight loss.
