A Day In My Life VLOG | 2021 New Years Goal | Testing My Bench Press 1RM + Healthy Recipes
Today’s video is a day in my life VLOG! I take you through my entire day where I share some of my favourite go-to recipes, try my 1 rep max on the bench press and share with you all my goal going into 2021!

Stuffed Chicken Recipe
– 8oz Chicken Breast pounded flat
– 1/4 cup Ricotta Cheese
– 2oz Frozen Spinach thawed and drained
– 1-2tbs Sun dried tomato
– 1 tsp egg white
– Garlic or Garlic powder
– Salt & Pepper to taste
* If you have additional calories, I highly recommend adding a teaspoon of parmesan cheese to the mixture
* Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stuff chicken breast. Sear on pan for 4-5 minutes per side and finish off in the oven at 350 degrees until cooked through.
Twice Baked Potato
– Russet Potato
– 50g Greek Yogurt
– 1 Laughing Cow Cheese
– Garlic Powder
– Cajun Seasoning
– Diced Green Onion
– Salt & Pepper to taste
* Top with cheese before putting in over if you have additional calories to work with.
* Bake potato until soft.
* Cut potato in half and scoop out filling of potato into a bowl and add all other ingredients. combine well. Scoop back into potato and put back in oven until top gets a little bit crispy.
