I Tried Jennifer Lopez’s Diet & Workout | Pole Dancing For The First Time
After her most recent movie and her amazing half time show at the Super Bowl, I decided to try Jennifer Lopez’s diet and workout. JLO is known for looking so good for her age. But let’s be honest, she looks good for ANY age.
The celerities diet is extremely whole foods based and all organic. She follows a very strict exercise routine to maintain her incredible physique and her famous abs!
In today’s video I follow her exact 1,400 calorie diet plan as well as her go to 32 minute full body routine created by her NYC trainer David Kirsch. Not only that, I also attempted pole dancing for the first time as JLO attributes a lot of her fitness progress to pole dancing! It was extremely tough!!
