“I LIFT BUT DON’T LOOK LIKE IT” (The 12 Reasons Why)

Here are the 12 reasons why YOU don’t look like you lift!

In today’s video I break down my top reasons why you might be struggling to put on weight and gain muscle even when putting in tons of work in the gym! We go over common diet, gym and lifestyle mistakes that you might not know you were making.

GREEN SHAKSHUKA
– 300g Green Cabbage
– 100g Brussels Sprouts
– 1 Clove Garlic
– 1 TBS Fresh Diced Rosemary
– 3 Eggs
– Salt, Pepper to taste
– Cheese (optional)

**Cut cabbage and brussels sprouts into thin strips and sautee in a pan with garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper until fully cooked down

** Crack your eggs on top of the veggie mixture then place in oven @425 degrees until your eggs are cooked the way you like them

** You may take eggs out slightly before being finished to sprinkle cheese on top and continue cooking!
