Backbends don’t need to be these big scary shapes that you either “can” or “can’t” do. They’re just another part of your practice. Something you can explore gradually, with patience and control, the same way you would anything else.
The key with backbends is almost always the same.
Slow down.
Breathe.
Create stability first.
