Welcome to day 1 of the strength series. Today’s class is a full body yoga practice to build strength. You won’t need any props, just yourself and your mat and there will be options to make some of the more challenging parts, more accessible.
In this practice I will add a fresh spin on the familiar poses and introduce you to new variations that I hope you will enjoy.
