This class isn’t asking you to master everything.
It’s showing you what’s possible.

Sometimes the value of a challenging practice isn’t in what you can do right now, but in what it introduces you to. New shapes. New sensations. New edges of your practice that you may not live in yet.

And that’s important.
Because seeing what’s possible plants a seed.

You might not be able to hold every pose today. You might step out, modify, or rest more than you’d like. None of that means you’re behind. It means you’re being exposed to something you can grow into over time.

This kind of practice helps you build perspective.
It shifts you from I can’t do this to I’m working towards this.
From frustration to possibility.
From limitation to curiosity.
