’30 Days!’ Fitness Content Is A TRAP!
Any fitness challenge video that mentioned “30-days’ is another fitness content creator clickbait scam. Make it look like they did hard work for 30 days when in reality they only shot content for 2 days (*cough* Will Tennyson)…and piece it together like it’s meaningful information. 30 days of cold showers, 30 days of fast food, 30 days of 100 reps of (insert anything). NOTHING comes quick. Fitness is a lifelong journey and you need to log your first 1000 WORKOUTS! Influencers can grab easy views from the subscribers that want fast track shortcuts and don’t know any better! Wake up and work hard!
As seen on YouTube.
