Lower Back Mobility
This session is designed to release stiffness in the lumbar region, allowing you to move more freely and comfortably in daily life. We will move through gentle, supported movements that help lengthen the spine while stabilizing and reducing strain on the lower back.
This practice is great for anyone who spends long hours sitting, standing, or carrying any strain throughout the day in the lower back. Use this time to check in, nurture yourself, and create more space for comfort and freedom.
