The full day of eating consists of 3,000 calories and I talk about intermittent fasting as well as show you guys low calorie high protein meal ideas that you can use to stay satiated throughout the day.
I always try and stress flexibility but also accountability when it comes to a diet. After all, a diet is something you should be able to make into a lifestyle and follow for the long term!
