I Tried Jason Statham’s DIET & WORKOUT For A Day | Vegan Lunch??

You guys seem to love the celebrity for a day videos, so I deliver! In today’s video I eat and train like the Transporter legend Jason Statham for an entire day.

Jason has 3 balanced meals along with a high fat/protein snack to fuel his intense and unique style of training. The routine was designed with his physical abilities in mind, and was put it into effect while training for Hobbs and Shaw and other upcoming films.
