I Tried Only Eating EGGS FOR 48 HOURS (Lose 5lbs In 2 Days?)
The egg is seen as one of the most nutrient dense foods in the world! With that said, I decided to try and only eat eggs for 48 hours to see how I feel mentally and physically.
Over the course of the vlog I try a variety of different styles of eggs to keep things interesting including Gordon Ramsay’s famous soft scrambled eggs! Throughout the video I also talk about the other forms of egg diets people to achieve their weight loss goals.
The results by the end of the challenge were insane! Lost over 5lbs and felt great the entire time!
