How I Grew Wide Shoulders FAST!
My top tips on how I was able to significantly add size to my SHOULDERS!
Recipe:
Base:
– 400g cooked sweet potato mashed
– 200g chicken diced
– 250g cooked quinoa
sauce:
– Green onion 4
– Green chilli 2
– Cilantro handful
– Lemon grass 1
– Shallot 2
– Ginger 2cm
– Juice of Lime 2
– Fish sauce 3tbsp
– Soy sauce 3tbsp
* blend all sauce ingredients together
* Add gradually to your sweet potato, chicken and quinoa mixture (the more you use the spicier it gets)
* Combine all ingredients well then form into patties
* Sear till golden brown on each side
