I Quit Carbs & Sugar For 7 DAYS | My Experience
For 7 days I decided to eliminate ALL carbs and sugar from my diet and follow a keto based diet protocol. In this video I show the ups and downs of my experience as well as great no carb/ sugar keto friendly recipes.
I wanted to do this 7 day challenge to see how my sleep, overall mood, energy levels, hunger and body composition would be effected.
The results did shock me and I started to experience faster weight loss then I expected/felt comfortable with. I actually ended up eating MORE food and still experience PURE fat loss!
