A Day In My Life VLOG | Shoulder & Biceps Workout + Easy Dinner Recipe

Today I take you through a day in my life! Throughout the VLOG I show you a few of my go-to easy/quick & healthy recipes as well as a full shoulder and bicep workout for mass.

CASSEROLE RECIPE 👌🏻(I Only did half in the video)
– 1 Cup Quinoa
– 1 Green Pepper Diced
– 1 Cup Mushrooms Diced
– 1 Yellow Onion Diced
– 3 Cups Tomato Sauce
– 1 Cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth
– Garlic to taste

FOR CHICKEN
– 4 Chicken Breasts
– Enough Egg Whites to properly coat all sides of breast
– Enough Flour to coat all chicken breast
– 1/2 Cup Shredded parmesan cheese
– Garlic powder & Parmesan Herb seasoning to taste
– Salt & Pepper to taste

* Preheat oven to 375 Degrees F.
* Combine sauce, broth, veggies and quinoa in casserole pan
* Coat chicken breast with egg whites then roll in flour/cheese mixture
* Place chicken on top of quinoa and cover with tin foil (Can add more cheese here if you wish)
* Bake for 40 minutes covered then uncover and bake an additional 20-25 minutes!
