FORMULA 1 DRIVER DIET & TRAINING
In today’s video I eat and train like an F1 (Formula 1) driver. The routine I follow is from the McLaren team typical training day diet plan. The day consisted of two intense workouts. Morning session was some HIIT cardio followed by an afternoon full body training session by driver coach, Alex Stott.
Along with the training, I got a closer look at the nutrition the drivers follow to stay in shape for the season. It was a very healthy and well balance diet plan.
In honour of McLaren, we went and took out the McLaren 720s for a spin! Such an incredible car!
