25 Min Yoga Routine To Improve Back Flexibility
Welcome to this 25 min yoga routine. This practice aims to help you improve your back flexibility and is intended to be a class you can come back to again and again whenever you want to focus on flexibility.
This stretching sequence includes postures to strengthen your abdominals and posterior chain, as well as stretches for the hip flexors and, chest and shoulders.
The sequence is guided at a slow and steady pace to help you follow along and is intended for mixed levels, including options to make some of the more challenging poses, more accessible.

Within Staffordshire’s Whitmore Estate, Whitmore Lakes is an enchanting hidden gem. This session was filmed on the platform in Swan Lake which is for wild swimming, but they also offer a variety of wellness events from peaceful yoga sessions to unwind and rejuvenate to enchanting full moon swims. Â
