In today’s video I’m only going to be eating Anabolic Ice Cream to see how filling it really is! For those of you who don’t know what it is, it’s a healthy ice cream alternative that’s packed with protein, has minimal calories and has tons of volume. It’s a perfect sweet treat when you’re on a diet.
I try 5 different healthy ice cream recipes all with different fruits as well as show you my current shoulder workout with sets/reps etc.
