20 Min Gentle Yoga Flow | Full Body Yoga Reset

Welcome to this gentle yoga flow, a full body flow to unwind and reset, perfect after a long day or when you just need some you time.

In this practice we will move at a slow and steady pace through a full body sequence of poses for the shoulders, spine and hips. There will be options to make some of the more challenging parts more accessible.
