Balance has a way of revealing something important.
It’s rarely about strength or flexibility alone.
It’s about attention.
When balance feels challenging, it’s often not because you’re incapable. It’s because awareness hasn’t quite landed where it needs to yet. Where is your weight? Where are you sinking into one side? Where are you tipping or gripping without realising?
Today’s class invites you to sharpen your observational skills. Not to worry about how things look. Not to aim for stillness.
But to notice what you’re feeling.
That information is what builds focus. And focus is what creates control, steadiness, and ease over time.
