Happy Thursday everybody! Today’s video is a realistic what i eat in a day to maintain my current physique. In this full day of eating, I show you 3 of my go-to recipes lately including my homemade sweet potato wraps for amazing breakfast burritos, twice baked sweet potatoes and Pad Thai! Everything shown in the video came out to just under 3,000 calories.
Alongside all the food, I take you guys through my day with me Vlog style and show you what I’ve been doing at home to pass the time during the coronavirus lockdown such as meditation, online courses, home workouts etc.
