What I Eat In A Day: Healthy On The Go Recipes | Leg Day W/ Tristyn Lee + Condo Tour

Todays video is a what I eat in a day video with some awesome quick & healthy on the go recipes! All meals I put together in the video took me under 10 minutes to make. Great to pack for work or even meal prep for the week.

Throughout the vlog I make chocolate chip protein muffins, stuffed avocados with canned tuna as well as turkey roll ups for a snack before heading out for Indian food for dinner.

Alongside the food I show you all my new condo as well as take you through a brutal leg day session with my bro Tristyn Lee!

At the end of the video I share with you my absolute favourite skin product I’ve been using every night before bed to help combat my keratosis pilaris. It’s made the world of a difference! (Linked at bottom of description)

Chocolate Chip Protein Muffins (Makes 8 muffins)
1.) 2 Scoops protein
2.) 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
3.) 1tsp Baking Powder
4.) 1 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
5.) 52g PB2 mix w/ water (Can use regular nut butter here 1/2 cup)
6.) 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips (Can do anything of your choosing here)
* Bake for 10-15 minutes @350 degrees
