◾Breakfast

Option 1 = 2 stuffed paneer Besan / Moong Dal Chilla + Green Chutney

Option 2 = 2 Brown Bread Paneer Sandwich / 3 Egg Omelette

◾Mid-morning = 30 gram black chana + 30 gram moong dal + 30 gram peanut + 30 gram soyabean dal ( Overnight soaked / boiled )

◾Lunch

Option 1 = 1-2 chapati with 160 gram paneer bhurji / tofu bhurji + salad

Option 2 = 140 gram rice + 180 gram rajma / dal / chickpeas / matar paneer / chicken / fish + Salad

◾Evening

30 gram roasted chana + 30 gram peanut / 3-5 boiled egg

◾Dinner

option 1 = 1 chapati with 160 gram dal / chickpeas / matar paneer / soyachunk / paneer bhurji / tofubhurji / chicken / fish / egg bhurji

Option 2 = 170 gram paneer cutlet / soyabean cutlet + green chutney / 160-200 gram grilled chicken / fish / chicken tikka + Salad / 2 bread paneer sandwich / 3 egg Omelette / paneer bhurji
