Upper Body Workout With Greg O’Gallagher | Day In The Life VLOG

What’s up everyone! In today’s video I bring you through a typical day in the life. I show you my entire day from start to finish along with some awesome tips in the gym as well as how to stay on track while eating out.

Later in the afternoon, Greg O’Gallagher, known as Kinobody and I met up for an awesome minimalist upper body workout. The workout was mostly shoulder and arms focused. It was a killer workout, especially with the pump courtesy of Kino Octane!

Try throwing some of these exercises into your routine to break through a muscle building plateau.
