This is a short film based on Paradigm Initiative’s 2019 Digital Rights and Inclusion in Africa report, Londa. It features the story of a young man whose quest for work took an unexpected turn. He is taken through various departments within the ‘new’ organisation, where each department’s role is explained to him, and how the organisation works, some of the tasks are quite risky. #TrainingDayFilm
