Restorative Yoga | Gratitude
This Restorative Gratitude Sequence (with props!) is all about taking the time to honor yourself and the gift of your body. In restorative yoga, we embrace the power of slowness and find nourishment by exploring the depths and hidden corners of each asana. Together, we will melt into the postures with each exhale, finding both harmonious intensity and tranquil ease. Notice what happens when you show appreciation for your breath, using the expansiveness of pranayama to create space. This is your moment to turn inward, to cherish sacred stillness. Let gratitude wash over you as you indulge in this gentle yet potent practice. Take all the time you need.
Note that we will be reveling in these poses for an ample amount of time, thus props are highly encouraged. If props aren’t available, there will be modifications offered throughout this practice.***
Here are some props to bring along if you have them:
1-2 blankets
a bolster (or pillow)
1-2 blocks
A yoga strap (or a hand towel)
