A glorious yoga quickie for the quads, the hip flexors, the hamstrings and the low back!
Goodbye back pain is also a good name for this one, at least for me personally. Add this quick session to a longer practice, or drop in for a little connection while increasing your range of motion and decreasing risk for injury. I love this little sequence, I hope you do too!
