Only Eating Prison Foods For A Day + Charles Bronson Workout | RAMEN PIZZA CRUST!?

In today’s video I only ate prison foods for a day! It was pretty crazy to see how creative people can get with such limited resources. Throughout this full day of eating we make prison pizza, prison ice cream, a prison burrito and even looking at a typical prison breakfast served in a county jail in Montana.

Along with the food, I try a Charles Bronson bodyweight workout that he would follow in his cell.
