Morning Mobility Yoga
Circulate Synovial Fluid with this well rounded 22-minute morning practice – designed for you to tune into your body and enhance your range of motion so that you can take on daily activities with strength and grace. Morning Mobility practice is also an excellent way to reduce stiffness and tension built up in the body, while also helping you to handle physical and mental stress more effectively. (This is why I love yoga so much and believe it’s so wonderful for so many people.)
Whether you are exploring ways to improve your functional movement, attain better posture, or prevent injury, this practice is for you! Exercising your mind-body connection is vital for increasing neuromuscular coordination, allowing you to move intentionally and efficiently. Join me as we integrate a holistic approach to mobility, strength, and balance through dynamic yoga movement.
