I Tried Walking 100,000 STEPS In A Day And This Is What Happened… *BURNING 7,000+ CALORIES*

What’s going on everyone!? Today I tried walking 100,000 STEPS in a day. To put things into perspective, it is recommended that you walk 10,000 steps everyday to live a healthy/active lifestyle. So I’m walking 10 days worth in a SINGLE DAY!

I get up at 4:15am to begin this epic journey while I track it all on my apple watch as it has a great step tracker, calorie burn tracker, heart rate monitor and more.

Walking is a significantly underrated method of cardio for weight loss. It’s a low impact form of cardio that people of all fitness levels can add into their routine. As you will see, walking burns A LOT of calories! I highly recommend anyone to invest into a step/ activity tracker such as a Fitbit or Apple Watch as a way of keeping your accountable, especially if you’re working a desk job.
