I Tried BRUCE LEE’S Diet & Training | Nunchucks + Liver Congee
In today’s video i tried following BRUCE LEE’S DIET & TRAINING. Arguably the most iconic martial artist to ever walk this earth. I thought it would be interesting to see his approach to fitness and nutrition as he isn’t the typical bodybuilder.
Throughout this full day of eating I try a variety of chinese foods including liver congee, lei cha and Bruce Lee’s favourite, beef with oyster sauce. Along with the food I follow his entire workout routine found from his actual workout journal. I even try and learn how to use nunchucks 😂
