In today’s video I decided to only eat protein bars for 48 hours. Over the course of two days, I review a large variety of vegan, keto, all natural, and regular protein bars and give you my honest opinion!
Also, throughout this food challenge, I briefly explain how you should go about picking the right protein bar for you. What ingredients to look for, how much of that ingredient to look for and what ingredients to avoid.
By the end of the video I list my TOP 5 BARS that I’d recommend!
