In today’s video I tried following David Goggins’ EPIC PRE NAVY SEALS daily routine that helped him lose over 100lbs in just under 3 months! At the age of 24, David was nearly 300lbs when he decided he wanted to enlist with the Navy Seals. In order to meet the fitness requirement, he had to drop to 191lbs…
Follow along as I take you through his “average day” to successfully lose all the weight! Starting at 4:30am and ending at 10:30pm, this day was non stop and definitely tested me mentally and physically!
