– 1 cup brown rice
– 1 large red bell pepper
– 1 large green bell pepper
– 2 carrots
– 1/2 cup fresh corn
– 1/4 cup chopped spring onions
– 1 onion bulb
– 1/2 tablespoon garlic paste
– 1/2 tablespoon chopped peppers
– 1 tablespoon all purpose seasoning (see recipe link above or use any seasonings of choice)
– 1 cooking spoon vegetable oil
– Salt to taste
