In this 21 minute practice, we immerse ourselves in the art of tempo. We offer up space for ourselves to be seen, to feel and to work-it-out. See what happens when you slow it down.

This session and the week of classes to come offer a great opportunity to practice returning to the role of the observer. Remember the hardest part is showing up. You can and you will!
