After watching Brian Shaw’s recent video on his new 5,500 calorie fat loss diet, I was inspired to give it a try myself as well as try some of the staple strongman training movements. Coming from such a bodybuilding/ powerlifting background, it was a huge adjustment for me but I had a great time learning!
