60 Min Yoga Flow | Full Body Yoga For All Levels

Welcome to your 60 min yoga flow. This class is great for all levels and includes a full body flow, breathwork and meditation.

Today’s class includes a steady vinyasa flow with standing balances, arm balances, backbends and hip openers. There are options to suit all levels to make the practice your own.

This class is designed to give you the experience of going to the studio while being at home.
