30 Min Intermediate Yoga Routine | Full Body Daily Yoga
Welcome to this 30 min intermediate yoga routine. This is a dynamic full body yoga practice that is intended for intermediate practitioners to improve their strength and flexibility.
This routine includes core work, standing postures, hip openers, side planks sequences, and backbends at the end. The class is sequenced to give you a little bit of everything for a well-rounded practice.
