Welcome to this 30 min daily yoga routine. This is a complete practice that aims to help you build lower body flexibility and is intended to be a class you can come back to agin and again when you want to work on front splits, hanumansana.
This stretching sequence includes a range of hamstring and hip flexor stretches, as well as ways to strengthen the hamstrings for a safe and sustainable way to build flexibility.
The sequence is guided at a slow and steady pace to help you follow along and is intended for mixed levels, including options to make some of the more challenging poses, more accessible.
