10 Minute Morning Yoga Stretch | Gentle Yoga Practice All Levels

Use this short and simple yoga flow to wake your body and mind to start your day. Perfect for when you’re on the go or looking for a quick stretch – ten minutes is all you need!

All levels welcome, no props needed. This class includes nine gentle postures including Child’s Pose, Cat/Cow, Thread the Needle, Downward Dog, Forward Fold, Ragdoll, Low Lunge, Seated Twist and Easy Seated Pose.

Use this in the morning or also as a stretch break throughout your day.
