Yoga For Insomnia

If you are feeling restless or experiencing sleepless nights, you are not alone. This practice is here for you when you need to relieve the uneasiness that comes from lack of rest, an overactive mind, and insomnia. Together we will move through restorative postures to calm the nervous system and guide the body out of fight-or-flight mode.

Studies show that daily yoga practice can help to reduce cortisol and the severity of insomnia. My hope is that this session will help you to slow down, surrender, lean into softness, and pause for a little self-compassion.
