Yoga For Balance | 30 Min | Day 28 Flow Challenge

Welcome friends to day 28 of the flow challenge, today’s practice is about balance, but probably not in the way you’re used to thinking about it. It’s less about holding a perfect shape and more about where your attention is while you’re in it.

Because balance has a funny way of exposing things. The moment your mind starts drifting, your body usually follows. And when you’re fully present, even simple shapes can feel surprisingly steady.

That’s why this session isn’t asking you to fix anything.
You’re not here to improve your alignment.
You’re not here to get stronger or more flexible.

The only focus today is attention.

Being where your feet are.
Noticing when your mind wanders.
Observing what comes up without needing to change it.

Some days that feels calm and spacious. Other days it feels messy and frustrating. Both are part of the practice.

And that’s what makes this class interesting.

I hope you day 28.
