Will Tennyson Takes Me To The Gym! His Top 5 Exercises
I’m so excited for you all to watch this video! It’s packed with great information for all of you who are looking to up your strength training routine. I love using weights and I incorporate lots of different weighted exercises on a regular basis but I have been feeling like perhaps it’s not enough.
I go to Orangetheory 5 days a week and Will ( @WillTennyson ) is very familiar with the program they have.
Will took me to his gym and spent the time showing me his top 5 exercises that he felt would really enhance my physique and strength. He gives lots of tips for posture, form, repetitions and how to determine when it’s time to add more weight.
It was a fun and extremely informative session and I’m sure you can incorporate some of these exercises into your own gym sessions.
