What I Eat In A Day On WW Freestyle For Weight Loss!

Crock pot BBQ Chicken:
You will need:
2lbs of boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 jar of G Hughes Sugar Free Original BBQ Sauce
Hamburger Buns
Place chicken into a crock pot. Pour the entire jar of BBQ sauce over the chicken. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. Shred chicken once done cooking. This recipe makes four heaping 1 cup servings. Each serving of chicken is 1fsp. I served mine open faced on Great Value hamburger buns which are 3fsp. So my sandwich was 4fsp total. Enjoy!

You will need:
1 bag Shredded cabbage mix
Diced jalapeno (optional)

1/2 cup of light mayo
1/2 cup of plain non fat Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp of apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup of Truvia
Mix together the dressing and pour over the cabbage mix. Refrigerate for about an hour before serving. This recipe makes four heaping 1 cup servings. Each serving is 3fsp. Enjoy!

Shrimp salad:
You will need:
4oz of cooked shrimp (diced)
Chopped onions (as much as you like)
Chopped celery (as much as you like)
1 Tbsp of light mayo
Old Bay (to taste)
Mix all of the ingredients together and serve over salad or in bread of your choice. I served mine in a hot dog bun. This recipe makes 1 serving and it is 1fsp. With the hot dog bun it was 4fsp. Enjoy!
