Finally!! The time has come!!
I’m breaking down things I did that HELPED me on my weight-loss journey At the beginning of 2022. This is what worked for me personally, I created this video to be an inspiration and motivation to someone out there.
I’m not telling you exactly what to do but I am explaining what helped me, things I learned through trial and error.

I hope I explained the best way that I could for you all, I’m not perfect but I am working on ways to better myself for me!
