Clark, Ph.D., Clinical Health Psychologist and Professor of Psychology, and Brooke L. Werneburg, Resiliency Specialist at the Mayo Clinic Healthy Living Program, discussed how to break the cycle of weight loss and regain, tips to prevent relapse, how to overcome your obstacles, and how to implement a motivation plan–a key component for healthy weight loss and maintenance. A live question and answer session followed the presentation.
