Hey everyone, hope you’re all doing well! Though I’d share a video with you guys from the pre quarantine days! In this video I take you through my upper body workout that focuses on the shoulders, back and arms. I talk all sets, reps, weight and other great tips to improve your technique on certain lifts!
I had a long standing offer at my local Chipotle for me to come in and tackle the biggest burrito they’ve ever created at the location (OVER 5LBS). If you know me, you know I’m up for the challenge….especially an edible challenge 😉
