While Marvel Studios has been pretty good at keeping secrets, one character’s fate seems sealed after the Avengers: Doomsday cast reveal. The Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) is racing towards the end of the Multiverse Saga, and while some large releases like Thunderbolts* and The Fantastic Four: First Steps will be coming out before Avengers: Doomsday, the hype train is already rolling for the next major Avengers event. With the anticipation being even higher due to the fact that there hasn’t been an Avengers movie since Avengers: Endgame in 2019.

However, with Marvel’s unconventional live stream announcement for the upcoming cast of Avengers: Doomsday, there appears to have been a glaring omission from the list that appears to seal the fate of one character who many people have already speculated would be doomed in the upcoming Thunderbolts* movie. With many other surprise appearances, and several characters who were already expected to play their part in the upcoming film, things don’t look good for this character ahead of Doomsday.
