– 1 small cabbage head
– 1 bunch kale leaves
– 5 fresh tomatoes
– 5 tatashe (chilli red bell pepper)
– 1 onion bulb
– 3 garlic cloves
– 5 fresh peppers (yellow & red)
– 2 knorr seasoning cubes
– 1/2 tbs curry powder
– 1/2 tbs thyme
– 1/2 tbs paprika powder
– A drizzle of cooking oil
– Smoked chicken or meat of choice
– Salt to taste
