The Exercises That Built My Physique
A run through of the most effective exercises I’ve done over my years of training to build the physique I have today.
S’MORES PROTEIN COOKIE:
* Oat Flour 22g
* Vanilla Protein Powder 8g
* Coconut Flour 3-4g
* 1/4tsp Baking Powder
* Peanut Butter 8g
* 1.5tbs Cashew Milk
* Greek Yogurt 14g
* Stevie (optional)
* Chocolate chips & Marshmallows
1.) Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
2.) Combine all ingredients except chocolate and marshmallows in a bowl
3.) Add cookie mixture to pan and use spoon to form desired cookie shape
4.) Place chocolate and marshmallows on top
5.) Bake for 11-13 minutes
